Landscapes are also one of my favorites, but takes hours and a lot of work and patience in wood carving, but then again it is very interesting to bring out the different textures and contrast in the landscapes, but also the careful Hand in Carving the branches of trees and the fine features of finer lines in the flowers and contrast in the lakes and nature.
Traveling through the outback of Australia, working there for weeks on end in different part of Australia, has given me the inspiration for this Carving of the Homestead.
Every piece is handcrafted by myself, and is unique in that there will never be a copy of same, or anywhere else in the world for that matter. Therefore these pieces are well suited for Collectors Items, and highly favored as Home Decorations, either as Wall Hangings or Free Standing Sculptures.
