Birds are my favorite objects to carve. Since I have studied them as young growing up in the country in the Northern part of Finland. I had a wild Eaglet as company for the whole summer with me in the boat on the lakes. Without any restraint there she was every morning to spend the day with me.
My favorite Carvings of Birds, comes naturally to me, as a gift I was born with. A hobby that brings back the memories of studying Birds, climbing trees, watching the development of the young in the nests in the deep Finnish forestry, as I was fortunate enough to spend my time there, growing up, and already as a youngster carving whatever piece of wood, I could get my hands on.
Every piece is Handcrafted by myself, and is unique in that there will never be a copy of same, or anywhere else in the world for that matter. Therefore these pieces are well suited for Collectors items, and highly favored as Home Decorations, either as Wall Hangings or Free Standing Sculptures.
